Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery status and ensuring availability to receive the package.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

TeddyNest is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees will apply.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, TeddyNest considers the order fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
