Return & Refund Policy

TeddyNest stands behind the quality of its products and aims to provide a clear and fair return process.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Opened or used gift sets
  • Final sale items

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video evidence if applicable

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered in cases where:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item was received

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TeddyNest is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact TeddyNest before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Submitting a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution. TeddyNest reserves the right to provide order confirmation, tracking details, and delivery records to payment providers as evidence.

Refused or Abandoned Shipments

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or abandoned are not eligible for refunds.
