Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time:
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations and external factors.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking updates to appear.
My order shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it
Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier first.
Once a package is marked as delivered, TeddyNest is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Are all items eligible for return?
No. The following items are not eligible:
- Personalized or custom products
- Opened or used gift sets
- Final sale items
How do I request a return?
Please contact support@teddynest.com with your order number and reason for return. Approval is required before sending any item back.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photo or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or solution accordingly.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Your payment information is encrypted and protected.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country.
What if my address is incorrect?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
