Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Personalized items and opened gift sets are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued after inspection and processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
